Together with manufacturer Dromec, BKV has developed the unique and innovative TensionMaster system TM-1800. This system unburd the crane and lifting wire when they attach heavy loads at great heights, such as when dismantling wind turbines. It also ensures continuous tension on the lifting wire, even when there is no load hanging in it, so that the lifting wire become always neatly wrapped around the drum. A unique innovation.

We used the TensionMaster on our cranes, the LTM-1650 and the LTM-1750, at different projects.

The ESTA Awards of Excellence Event is the annual event for the heavy transport & lifting sector in Europe. Every year, participating companies submit their most challenging and innovative projects for a prestigious ESTA Award. A kind of Oscar ceremony for lifting and transport companies. On April 25th the ceremony is in Paris. We hope to be able to take this ESTA award at home with us.

Dit systeem ontlast de de hijskraan en hijsdraad bij het aankoppelen van zware lasten op grote hoogte, zoals bij demontage van windturbines het geval is. Ook zorgt het voor continue spanning op de hijsdraad, ook op het moment dat er geen last in hangt, waardoor het hijsdraad altijd weer netjes om de trommel word gewikkeld. Een unieke innovatie.
